This policy explains how Color Papers handles information when you use the soccer.io mobile game and its online account, purchase and advertising services.

Who operates the game

soccer.io is published on Google Play under Color Papers and on the App Store by Zhyrgalbek Ashimov. Privacy contact: jashimov@gmail.com.

Information we process

• Account information: a verified Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account identifier, display name and our internal account identifier. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.
• Access and purchase information: free-match usage, unlock time, premium entitlement, product identifier, transaction or purchase token, store environment and verification result.
• Rewarded advertising information: a one-time reward challenge identifier and AdMob server-side verification data used to grant the 12-hour unlock.
• Advertising age band: the app asks only whether the player is 14–15, 16–17 or 18+. The selection is stored on the device and used to send an appropriate teen/ad-consent treatment signal; no birth date is requested.
• Technical and security information: IP address, request time, app/platform details, request identifiers, error and anti-abuse records.
• Support information: the email and content you voluntarily send us.

Why we use it

• to authenticate your game account and restore access across reinstalls;
• to enforce the two-match limit, grant rewarded access and verify the lifetime purchase;
• to operate, secure, diagnose and improve the service;
• to answer support and deletion requests and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

The game uses Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, Apple Game Center, Apple In-App Purchase and Google AdMob. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Ads may require a consent choice depending on your location. The game does not request your contacts, precise location, camera or microphone and does not contain player-to-player chat.

Legal basis and consent

Where applicable, processing is based on performance of the game service, our legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention, legal obligations, and your consent for advertising or related device storage where consent is required. You can revisit advertising privacy choices from the game settings when required.

Retention and security

We keep account and entitlement data while your account is active. Operational logs are retained only as reasonably needed for security and diagnostics. Encrypted database backups are retained for approximately 14 days. Some transaction, fraud-prevention or legal records may be kept longer where required. We use encrypted network connections, restricted server access and protected session storage, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by our hosting and platform providers only to deliver the service, or disclosed when legally required. Those providers or our server may be located outside your country, with safeguards required by applicable law.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion by visiting the account deletion page or emailing jashimov@gmail.com. You may also manage advertising consent in the game and platform permissions in your device settings.

Children and target audience

soccer.io is intended for players aged 14 and older. It is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires parental consent at a higher age, a parent or guardian should review and authorize use. Contact us if you believe a child provided data without valid consent.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available at this URL.
